The advantage of system development life cycle project development methodology is that it first evaluates the necessity of the study, through undertaking a feasibility study to determine the possible benefits of the system. The disadvantage of system development life cycle project development methodology is that it takes long to complete the project, while the agile project management does not undertake a feasibility study first (Smith and McKeen, 67).
3b. Therefore, the agile project management would have been suitable for TUFS, so as to incorporate the contributions of all stakeholders (Smith and McKeen, 67).
