But the compound BC2 [ ( 2E ) -1- ( 2-hydroxyphenyl ) -3- ( 3, 4, 5-trimethoxyphenyl ) prop-2-en-1-one ] shows less antidiabetic activity than the other compounds ( 20 % ) .
