In my opinion, Jefferson’ss propositions were more appealing and reasonable in order to enable the individual states to develop on their own and independently. The flow of authority from the bottom will ensure that the chances of dictatorship or regional imbalances diminish. Therefore, the government should practice separation of powers between the central government and the individual states.
