MLA Citation The review by Dopp of the works of Davis, explains about the great move in the 20th century that brought about the alliance of arts withmusic. According to Dopp, musicians clothing is not the only thing audiences for Ballet and concerts were able to capture. In France before and after the World War 1, people copied the artists as they started wearing what their costumes in concerts and Ballets. He equates fashion to music and painting which was adopted in the early days of France modernisation, Dopp, (web). As the world war was ending many felt that their traditional ways were quite outdated and needed a change. Many delved in working towards new forms of art and fashion that depicted modernisation.
