Essay on development

Development is a process of betterment and improvement of existing situation whether it is personal, social or any other kind of development. Development is an unremitting process which brings certain changes usually positive changes. There are instances where people due to their efforts have developed themselves and changed in such a way that they have become role model for others.
Personality development is something related to a person whose certain qualities needs to be groomed so that he could achieve the standards set to be successful. There are certain qualities in every body but it is possible that these are not so prominent and that person needs a changeover. The process of developing him into a success person depends upon his will and his genuine efforts towards himself. In the process of development one should assess his or her positive and negative things of his or her personality first and then it should be analyzed that which area are strong and which are weak. After this step next to do is to improve the negative things and groom the strengths of the personality.
Since the development is an ongoing process it should be done in steps with positive attitude and patience. In this day and age many prominent institutions provide their employees Individual Development Plan to develop and groom their employees. It motivates and encourages them to develop. Development is the key to remove all kinds of negativity from the personality of a person and it helps in attaining the goals of life because a developed person knows his strengths and does not pay attention on what others say about him. Development gives you the confidence and power to face the world in a way that you always dreamt of.
