They may think that just like online shopping if you pay the money then this paper is your own things, in fact, it’s still plagiarism because it isn’t your original. In addition, there are many students prefer to find a tutor to help them on the paper, such as check grammar, give some suggestions. But some of them will ask the tutor to rewrite their paper. Perhaps, the tutor didn’t change your ideas; he just reorganized and uses high level writing skill to improve your paper’s level, that you can get a high grade. Obviously, this behavior is plagiarism too; because the most part is originate from your tutor, though some of ideas are original.

All in all, if we use other’s idea directly, we need quotation marks and cite sources and if we restatement other’s idea we only need cite sources. We should do all works by ourselves. No plagiarism and cheating, if we want to be progress and success in our learning career.
