After a person enlists in the military, he commits himself to the rules and regulations of the military force. The commitment is usually in form of an oath. This is a practice undertaken by all military forces across the world. Existing rules bind one to execute their roles professionally. This enhances effectiveness in the service delivery in the military force one is enlisted. The status or repute of any military of a country depends on the promptness of military officers to obey orders. Gaining international recognition creates an avenue of sharing military resources, and skills in a bid to achieve a common goal. During wartime, a military force that is accustomed to ignoring military rules usually loose because of disintegration.
