To ensure engagement of social workers tasked for maintaining mental health, consistent encouragement must be existent. Long-term programs through seminars and active participation in efforts relating to character building would be a fresh approach for social workers. Agencies must emphasize importance of giving unconditional help. When social workers show signs of unconditional love, it would seem that social workers do not feel forced when counseling others.
