RE: TO CONDUCT QUALITY INSPECTION ON ITEMS LEADING TO THE CASE BRIAR PATCH DOLLS, INC, V. TEENY TINY MANUFACTURING CO. (DESCRIBED AS BREACH OF CONTRACT)
According to the Briar Patch Dolls Inc., a company that you have collaborated with for numerous productions, your company (Teeny Tiny Manufacturing Co.) has failed meet some of your business contracts terms and conditions thereby leading to a breach of business contract (Rosen, 2000). Briar Patch Dolls Inc. further notes that these failures cost it its intended profit for the period of contract. Nonetheless, before acting on and ascertaining such claim, I would request that I be allowed on behave of the district attorney to conduct quality inspection on the good delivered to the plaintiff (Briar Patch Dolls) alongside with the papers of the contract signed for the same business in question.
Among the areas of inspection will include (Rosen, 2000):
1. Quality of the items delivered in comparison with ordered
2. Quantity of items delivered against the ordered
3. Date of delivery against the contractual dates
4. Among other changes that might have been forwarded in the claim by the plaintiff
This information will be vital for the case and we request for your kind corporation.
Note: Kindly note that these inspections will be done in accordance with federal laws governing the breach of contract on any kind; nonetheless, your relevant staffs will be allowed to participate in any form and manner allowed by the federal laws governing the same exercise (Rosen, 2000). The exercise in scheduled for Wednesday, July 23, 2014 from 8: 00 AM.
