My perspective is that nursing is a field that is acquired by education and the experiences in our lives. The personal knowledge outside the nursing field can be incorporated in the nursing profession. This is because the life experiences teaches about the individual cultural behaviors and the attitudes. The students must be involved in this process of learning. This ensures that they gain the clinical proficiency that is required in service provision. Active participation helps the nurses to be familiar with their roles in the profession.
My personal perspective also deals with the goals and objectives of the nursing students. The students main objective is to gain the skills and the knowledge in the nursing field. The nursing students aims in specialising with the nursing proficiency. Their roles is to provide better treatment and care to people and be in the frontline in the healthcare provision as stated by the world health organisation (Current Nursing, 2010). Their goals and objectives are defined by how competent the nurses are in the field.

I believe that the students should not be isolated and they must interact since the nursing field continues to evolve. Team work is also important in eliminating confusion that arises due to poor cordination (Rosenbaum, 2011). The society have greats benefits in health care provision if they actively participates and get in touch with the nurses at the community level. I have a strong feeling that proper communication among the stakeholders benefits all the participants in the nursing field.

In a nutshell, teaching in nursing is focused on enhancing that the trained nurses are well proficient in the field and they deliver better services to the community. The nursing profession have great importance in ensuring that the society well being is maintained.
