The reasons that prompted my nomination for Anders Czar include:-

-building a company from scratch that now employs 500 persons.
-has been a patron of a welfare organization and initiated several charity programs in the society.

Building a company from scratch

Anders Czar created Best Line Technologies, a firm that provides technology services to the public and the private sector, from scratch. After losing his job due to retrenchment and armed with his little savings, he acquired a loan and made use of the skills he had honed while at work to establish the firm. Within a year, the firm has grown to be among one of the best middle sized companies in the country with a turnover of $9 million and boasting over 500 employees. This has provided the much needed boost to the economy and absorbed a number of employees thereby cutting down on the level of unemployment. His company has been nominated for the best middle sized company award. Similarly, Anders was crowned the 2013 Young Business Leader of the Year Award Winner for his exploits.

Patron of welfare organization and charity programs

In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Anders Czar has initiated a number of development and charity programs. He has partnered with Grow Serve, a welfare foundation in his community, to provide free medical camps to the marginalized and the poor. The foundation also gives financial aid to bright students in the locality who cannot afford school fees. Besides the welfare foundation, Anders Czar runs a charity program as part of his company’s corporate social responsibility which targets at conserving the environment. In one year alone, his company invested nearly $ 1 million in conservation efforts of the Monthert forest that was in danger of degradation.
